I bought one over 10 years ago and it still works great. It's a little louder than it used to be, and I think the silicone outer layer has detached from the electronics inside, but it works and the battery life hasn't noticeably changed. I never expect electronic devices to last this long, especially not devices that get this much use.
I mostly use it as an external wand, but I like having the option for internal. The travel lock feature is essential. It has survived lots of cleaning and still looks brand new.
I really hope they haven't lowered their production quality since I bought mine, but that seems unlikely.

The first time my husband and I used this - I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Lucky me that my husband is very inventive! Using this toy when I am on my back is one thing BUT standing up and having this inserted from behind and aiming for my GSpot!!!!! It’s unlike any other organisms you’ve EVER had. It’s fantastic. I also use the Satisfyer Pro 2 for my clit during this and couldn’t be happier!
I purchased my Princess Swan (I don't see that in the choices in the pull down menu)in 2011 and it is still going strong and happy. The lock mechanism is essential for travel. Powerful, quiet, pleasurable for solo or couple use.
