Swan Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. All Swan products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If your product is found to be defective under normal use, it may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, overuse, or physical damage
- Damage from external causes (e.g., water intrusion not caused by product defect)
- Normal wear and tear
- Products that have been disassembled or tampered with in any way
Important: Any attempt to open, disassemble, or modify your Swan product will void the warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, please email us at sales@bmsenterprises.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase
- Description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible
- A short explanation of the problem
- Agreement to cover all handling and shipping fees, including any importation costs (non-refundable)
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, a member of our team will reach out with next steps.
Shipping & Return Policy for Warranty Claims
- Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and customs fees associated with the warranty claim.
- Do not send any items without a Return Authorization Number. Contact us first to receive authorization.
- BMS Factory reserves the right to refuse and return any unauthorized or damaged items that do not meet the warranty requirements upon inspection.
Additional Terms
- All Swan products are sold as novelty items only.
- If your item is replaced under warranty, the warranty does not reset or extend.
