  I love this vibrator so much that I've bought 3 over the years. Unfortunately, I'm about to have to look for something else because without fail the clit tickler stops vibrating and instead the shaft begins vibrating. All 3 have had exactly the same issue. The 1st one lasted a few years, the 2nd only a few months, and the third just over 1 year. An amazing vibrator when working correctly, but for such an expensive product I'm quite disappointed that they have continued to fail.

  A: Yes, the Swan line does use the "Press and Hold" technology. Your unit should come to you locked. To unlock it, you press and hold down both buttons at the same time. When you see the LED light come on release both buttons. If you happen to see the LED light go out instead the unit was already unlocked and you have just locked it. Repeat the process to unlock. Once unlocked pressing either of the buttons will turn on the corresponding vibration/rotation. Again, to increase the speeds you press on hold the desired button.
